F2 Strategy
F2 Strategy, the US wealth management technology services company that announced its new Chicago headquarters this month, has appointed Laura Korbel as president. She is joining from IT consultancy Rightpoint.

In her former role at Rightpoint, Korbel was senior vice president, head of operations, and project management.

F2 Strategy is in growth mode, having recently acquired Oakbrook Solutions, as reported here.

Perch Wealth, Arkadios Capital
Perch Wealth, the US investment firm focused on tax mitigation strategies for high net worth clients, has transitioned to Arkadios Capital, a hybrid broker-dealer.

Founders and managing partners Ben Carmona and Ehud Gersten were previously with Emerson Equity.

Arkadios Capital, which has more than $8 billion in affiliated assets and more than 42 offices across the US, is also expanding its presence on the West Coast and in the high-growth south Florida market, it said in a statement this week.

Raymond James
Raymond James has welcomed financial advisor Burdette Park to its employee advisor channel.

Based in Louisville, Kentucky, Park previously managed about $300 million in client assets at Merrill Lynch. He is joined by senior sales associate Heather Jones and, together as Burdette Park | Raymond James, they provide personalized wealth management and guidance for business owners, executives, corporate retirement plans and individuals planning for or living in retirement.

Park spent more than 13 years as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch. He earned a bachelor of science from Centre College and holds the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor professional designation.

Vestwell
Vestwell, the employer and individual savings platform, has appointed former Goldman Sachs senior figure Dumbrill Early as chief strategy officer.

Early reports to Aaron Schumm, Vestwell’s founder and CEO.

Previously, Early was the chief strategy officer and chief of staff at Securitize, a blockchain-based platform for alternative assets. She was also part of the launch team for Two Sigma's fintech startup and prior to that was the chief of staff and head of finance for Goldman Sachs Investment Management Divisions-Operations. She began her Wall Street career at Goldman Sachs in equity research covering software companies.
